The bluest piece of BC stone I have ever seen. Almost like a Peruvian Opal! If it were milkier. With dark grey to black ocean rocks, like crashing waves turned into churning white water against basalt. Some of these pieces have sparkling pyrite amongst the rocks! A very, very special batch from AAA material.
BC Ocean Picture Stone is a rare, scenic, silica-based gemstone found in a small, private, inland quarry near Midway, British Columbia, Canada, known for creating natural, underwater-like landscapes. Composed of blue chalcedony, silicated serpentine, agate, and limonite, it features blues, creams, and earthy tones with dendrites, often resembling ocean waves and shorelines!
